Andrew’s Services

Conference MC
Andrew is one of Australia’s most in-demand Professional MCs.
Andrew has brought his casual yet corporate MC style to countless conferences and events over the past 20 years, engaging audiences across Australia, the Asia Pacific region, South Africa and the USA.
Andrew thoroughly researches each client, tailors his material accordingly and writes his own script notes, yet is well known for his quick wit and ability to think on his feet.
He has also become well known for his ability to involve the audience in proceedings, adapt to vastly different audiences and for his improvisational skills.
His unique, intricately researched speaker introductions, his lively conference openings as well as his final night conference summaries transform a potentially dry conference room into an environment where laughter and learning blend seamlessly.
Andrew is not a comedian, although he uses appropriate humour constantly. Rather, he is a specialist Professional MC, so he knows how to make a conference Agenda run smoothly and ensure the conference messages are delivered effectively.
The comments from his impressive list of clients (see testimonials) are testament to his prior planning and unique style of delivery.
Andrew brings a new creativity to your event, creating an atmosphere where learning is easier… as people learn more when they have been having fun… resulting in people gaining better value for their conference dollar.

Pitching Skills & Presentation Skills
Speaking & Training
Andrew is one of Australia’s leading trainers and presenters in the area of Pitching for Business, Presentation Skills and general corporate communications.
Andrew delivers conference keynotes on Pitching (“Life’s A Pitch”) and Presentation Skills (“AWE Them DON’T Bore Them”) as well as inhouse training in these areas for small groups.
A trained and fully qualified corporate lawyer, with years of experience in public speaking, training, acting and improvisation (and formal performing and theatre-studies training), Andrew has been bringing his experience in the art of presenting, pitching and public speaking to the corporate world for over 20 years.
The content of Andrew’s keynotes and training workshops are also based on first-hand experience. In his other role as a Professional Conference MC, Andrew has been closely observing the world’s best (and worst!!!) presenters strut their stuff for many years now – so his content is practical, cutting edge and packed solidly with case studies and real-life examples.

In Defence of Goldfish
As a presentation skills speaker and trainer I tend to read a lot about the subject of attention spans and how to keep an audience engaged. A years or two ago I started seeing articles that scientists had conclusively proved that the average human attention span was...
